We serve between 150-200 meals per night, so below are our current needs. This list is updated frequently as needs change.

We accept donations between 12-4pm Monday through Friday at the back door of the Soup Kitchen. There is a doorbell there for your convenience and receipts are available if desired.

Erik’s Closet

Erik’s Closet was named after a local homeless man who would give his shirt off of his back if someone else needed it. It is located inside the Soup Kitchen at 717 W. 7th Street.

The Siouxland Soup Kitchen is 100% sustained by community donors and volunteers. Please consider donating or volunteering to help support those in need.

Founded in 1987, the Siouxland Soup Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing a free meal to anyone in need, in a dignified and respectful manner. The Soup Kitchen serves over 3000 meals per month, relying only on the assistance and generosity of our local community. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and used to provide nourishment to someone in need.
